The Feldenkrais Method is an incredible way to connect your brain and body to move and live better. It’s all about learning how to use less effort and tap into your full potential, built on principles from physics, neuroscience, and human development. Through self-awareness, it can help reduce pain, improve performance, and make everyday life easier.
“I've been a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner® for over 30 years, and I truly believe in its power to transform how we move and feel. Over the years, I've woven many of its principles into my work, and I still find it fascinating and life-changing (not to mention managing chronic pain!).”
If you're curious, there are plenty of free resources on the web! Some of my favorite teachers are:
David Zemach-Bersin: www.feldenkraisaccess.com
Nick Strauss-Klein: www.feldenkraisproject.com
Russell Delman: www.theembodiedlife.org
In this short video, Russell gives a quick and inspiring overview of what the Feldenkrais Method is all about—it's worth a listen.

“I wrote this to document our early work with atypical children as we developed The Movie Making Process. Our work and all early videos were produced at The Land of Oz Bed and Breakfast in Bay City, Wisconsin.”
